Shipping policy

Delivery times

All products are made by hand and to order, so the production time will be between 3 and 10 business days, and can be extended up to 15 business days due to circumstantial issues. Once the product is ready, the package will be delivered to the courier company. The estimated delivery times shown in the cart reflect the time it takes the courier company to make the delivery, that is, it does not include production business days.

Spain standard peninsula 5 euros / express 7.50 euros
Spain Balearic Islands standard 6 euros / express 8.50 euros
Spain La Palma and Tenerife standard between 7 and 8 euros (ID of the recipient is needed) depends on the weight of the package
Standard Portugal between 7 and 8 euros depends on the weight of the package
Standard European Union between 10 and 16 euros depending on the weight of the package
Rest of the standard world between 12 and 16 euros depending on the weight of the package

Courier company

The company used for YMMS shipments is Correos España. For Spain, standard parcels are used for standard shipping and premium parcels are used for express shipments. For the rest of destinations, certified mail with tracking is used.

YMMS is not responsible for the management of Correos España, nor for breakages or losses that may be caused in the shipment.

YMMS is not responsible for taxes or different charges that the courier company may demand from the buyer at the time of delivery. Please, before making the purchase, check with Correos España and the regulations of your country to find out if it applies.
