General recruitment procedure
The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In the event that it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
For the contract to purchase products in our store to be valid, the ordering information provided by the user must be accurate, complete and updated at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with YouMakeMeSo.
Purchase validation
Once the purchase is made and immediately YouMakeMeSo will send the user an order confirmation by e-mail. If the client does not agree with the data contained in said confirmation, you can request their modification or the cancellation of the order.
In any case, the communication corresponding to the cancellation or modification must be made within 2 business days from the confirmation of the order, through the email youmakemeso.shop@gmail.com and provided that the order has not been sent, or has not gone into production for custom-made or personalized products.
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in Spain.
However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to said tax depending on the buyer's country of residence and the condition in the one that the same acts (entrepreneur/professional or individual).
Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered with respect to that displayed on the website.
The invoice is issued with the shipment being accessible and downloadable from the user account as well as being sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the web, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are displayed and can be viewed through the web page.
Users are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid price errors. In any case, orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are formalized.
Payment Methods
The user/buyer agrees to pay YouMakeMeSo for the products purchased in the accepted forms of payment and for any additional amount (including taxes).
YouMakeMeSo accepts the following forms of payment:
1. PAYPAL:
The USER will be taken to the PayPal website, taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, you will be redirected back to the PROVIDER's website. Once in PayPal you can make the payment with a Paypal account or with a credit card, in no case is cash on delivery accepted through the Paypal website.
Paypal can retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform. The collection of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase is made.
2. VISA, VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT or DEBIT CARD.
All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank's page, in the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank) and are not entered or registered in any server of the PROVIDER.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card. MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
Once the purchase has been made, a confirmation of the contract will be sent to the indicated email address, which will serve as proof of the operation "Proof of contract", together with a link to these general conditions of purchase, as well as as well as the return policy.
The confirmation of the contract and its supporting document will not be valid as an invoice that will be sent when the order is shipped.
Cancellations, Returns and withdrawal
Cancellation of an order
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped, or in the case of custom-made or personalized products, if it has not yet entered production. To cancel an order, you must send an email to youmakemeso.shop@gmail.com and provide the order reference you want to cancel.
The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment chosen at the time of placing the order.
Returns and commercial withdrawal. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is the right of a consumer of a good to return it to the store within a legal term, without having to claim or give any explanation in this regard or suffer a penalty.
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish law. These Conditions of Use are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on consumer services. the information society and electronic commerce.
In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts entered into electronically in which a consumer intervenes as a party will be presumed to have been entered into at the place where he has his habitual residence. Therefore, in the event of a dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
Likewise, electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals, in the absence of an agreement between the parties, will be presumed to have been entered into in the place where the service provider is established.
